Job summary

Nicklaus Children's Health System is seeking a Family Support Specialist to develop and implement informational and emotional support programs for Craniofacial Center families and staff. Responsibilities

• Develop and implement family support programs for Craniofacial Center families.
• Coordinate patient/family activities and distribute family support materials.
• Recruit, train, and coordinate volunteers to support Craniofacial families.
• Advocate to develop services improving family experience in prenatal, newborn, and Craniofacial Clinic settings.
• Facilitate communication between patients, families and providers to support family-centered care.
