Job summary

Konecranes is seeking a Service Sales Representative in Oregon to sell safety and productivity retrofits, parts, and services to an established customer base, while developing new accounts. The role emphasizes meeting sales targets, accurate pricing, CRM documentation, and strong customer collaboration.

The ideal candidate has two years of service sales experience, leadership ability, and basic mechanical/electrical understanding.

Qualifications

• Two years of service-related sales experience preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership experience and strong communication skills.
• Basic understanding of mechanical and electrical principals; good PC skills.
• Prior crane-related experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Sell safety retrofits, components, modernization and new equipment to existing customers and develop new accounts to meet quotas.
• Prepare or assist in preparing price estimates for service work using established tools and input from service.
• Maintain contact with existing accounts and prepare monthly reports.
• Develop relationships with assigned accounts and schedule business reviews; document actions.
• Maintain a CRM log of activities, opportunities and offers; report weekly.
• Monitor service workload and ensure open slots are filled with sold work.
• Qualify projects or credit worthiness; check D&B, obtain tax-exempt certificates if required.
• Monitor credit control and assist in collecting on overdue accounts; consult district before deliveries.
• Track contract renewals; maintain ongoing communications with service dept.
• Maintain customer and contact information in CRM.
• Follow all safety rules; perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
