Job summary

Lift Solutions Holdings in Cleveland, OH is seeking a Crane Technician to install, inspect, maintain and repair hoist and crane equipment. This is a hands-on role requiring lifting 50–100 lbs, working at height, and strict adherence to safety standards.

You will perform electrical and mechanical work, document service actions, and communicate clearly with customers and office staff to ensure reliable performance and service excellence.

Qualifications

• 5+ years troubleshooting cranes and hoist equipment.
• Experience with 3-phase motors, VFDs, contactors, and circuits.
• Overhead crane and scissor lift experience required.
• Associate’s degree in Industrial Electrician/Electro-Mechanical Technology preferred.
• Ability to work at height and lift 50–100 lbs.
• Perform OSHA-like inspections and document findings.
• Work independently and represent the company professionally.

Responsibilities

• Service overhead crane systems and hoists with quality installations.
• Perform OSHA-equivalent inspections; document warranty work and troubleshoot breakdowns.
• Conduct preventive maintenance and respond to emergency service calls.
• Interface with customers and office to repair equipment as needed.
• Make electrical/mechanical adjustments with or without drawings.
• Document actions with forms, reports and checklists.
• Maintain professional appearance, timeliness and organization.
