Responsibilities

• Assist with preparing, organizing, and staging tools, equipment, and materials for crane jobs.
• Help check general shop equipment for damage and report concerns to a supervisor.
• Assist with loading, unloading, securing, and transporting crane accessories and materials.
• Maintain a clean, organized shop and yard; follow safety policies and procedures.
• Participate in safety meetings, toolbox talks, and required trainings.
• Learn rigging basics and crane support procedures under supervision.
