American Equipment Holdings, a leader in overhead crane services, is hiring a Crane Service Technician- Lv 4 for our Glendale, AZ branch. Join our 50+ year legacy of unmatched customer service and hands-on crane maintenance.

You will perform on-site preventive maintenance, repairs, and modernizations on electric overhead traveling cranes, work with customers on safety issues, troubleshoot failures, document work, and travel as needed. We offer competitive pay and strong benefits.

Competenze

• Minimum 2 years hands-on electro-mechanical maintenance or equivalent military experience.
• Strong knowledge of AC/DC theory and 480VAC 3-phase motor control.
• Willingness to work overtime and travel as needed.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record; pass drug screen and background check.
• Excellent communication and commitment to safety; comfortable working at heights.
• Experience with Variable Frequency Drives and PLC programming is a plus; crane maintenance experience is a plus.

Mansioni

• Perform on-site preventative maintenance, repairs and modernizations on electric overhead traveling cranes.
• Consult with customers on repair and safety related issues.
• Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and breakdowns.
• Generate sales leads during service calls.
• Document service reports accurately and neatly.
• Wire, assemble, install, and start up new cranes.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Some travel may be required.
