The role emphasizes diagnosing mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical issues, performing preventive maintenance, and minimizing downtime for fleet customers. Prior heavy equipment experience and strong communication skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in automotive or heavy equipment assembly, mechanics, or related field (1–3 years preferred).
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, maintain, and repair crane and truck chassis-mounted components; no engine work.
• Diagnose, repair, adjust, and modify heavy-duty components on cranes and trucks.
• Maintain positive interface with service writers, foreman, parts, and customers.
