Worley seeks a Superintendent - Crane & Rigging to lead on-site crane, rigging, and lifting activities across industrial projects. You will coordinate field operations, supervise multidisciplinary teams, and drive a safety-first culture aligned with project objectives and Worley’s sustainable delivery goals.

Qualifications

• Experience directing crane and rigging on complex industrial projects.
• Strong knowledge of lifting operations, rigging, and crane capacity.
• Proven leadership in field execution teams and safety programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site crane, rigging, heavy haul, and lifting activities.
• Promote a proactive safety culture and regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate field administration, procurement, and subcontractor management.
• Act as primary site contact for crane and rigging execution and stakeholder communication.
• Provide leadership to crane operators, rigging supervisors, and craft professionals.
• Oversee lift planning, critical lift reviews, and crane utilization strategies.
• Monitor progress, address risks, and implement corrective actions.
• Support sustainability-focused solutions in project delivery.
• Collaborate with engineering, procurement, logistics, and project management teams.
• Manage workforce planning and resource allocation for cranes, equipment, and labor.
