Job summary

Sterling Crane LLC, part of Marmon Holdings, is seeking Crane Riggers in the United States to join a leading heavy lift team. You will operate a variety of crane equipment, ensure safe setup, inspect ground conditions, and maintain detailed logs following site safety guidelines.

The role requires a high school diploma and at least 3 years of crane experience, TWIC card, and the ability to read technical drawings. Overtime may be required and teamwork is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 3 years experience with rough terrain cranes, carry decks, crawlers and mobile cranes.
• TWIC card required.
• Pass post offer drug and physical screens and meet background requirements.
• Flexible to work overtime as needed.
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings and materials.

Responsibilities

• Operate a variety of specialized crane equipment safely per procedures.
• Inspect ground conditions and watch for overhead obstructions.
• Maintain equipment through daily inspections and minor repairs.
• Keep logs and records of operational activities.
• Maintain visual and radio communications with ground operators per safety regs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
