Job summary

Warrior Precast LLC is seeking experienced Crane Operators to safely operate cranes at project sites, lifting precast concrete products and other materials. This role emphasizes safety, crane capacity, rigging, and teamwork.

Candidates should understand load charts, perform daily inspections, and maintain accurate records. Overnight travel may be required for distant sites, with a focus on safe, efficient operations and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of crane load charts, lifting capacities, and safe crane setup.
• Ability to read shop drawings and job-site documentation.
• Judgment to remain calm and make sound decisions in changing conditions.
• Rigging practices and safe material handling knowledge.
• Basic mechanical knowledge and ability to perform routine maintenance.
• Attention to detail with required paperwork and logs.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate cranes in accordance with load charts and safety regs.
• Assess setup and site conditions for safe operations.
• Conduct daily crane and rigging inspections and maintenance.
• Keep accurate inspection, maintenance, and operation records.
• Report defects or safety concerns to management.
• Coordinate with drivers and field crews for site access and loading.
• Rig precast panels with appropriate rigging equipment.
• Maintain DOT logs and ensure compliance with regulations.
