ALL Crane Rental of Alabama in Theodore, AL, is seeking a Crane Operator with an active crane certification and CDL to join our full-time team. A $300 sign-on bonus is available after 100 days of continuous employment.

The role requires operating a Hydraulic Mobile Crane, reading lift plans, and maintaining strict safety standards. Qualified candidates will have an active crane certification, CDL Class-A (preferred), and experience with rigging and crane setup/teardown.

Qualifications

• Must have an active crane operator certification meeting OSHA criteria.
• A Class-A CDL is highly desired.
• Experience with rigging is preferred.
• Experience in crane set-up and tear-down is a definite plus.
• Strong initiative; ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Ability to work safely around moving machinery.
• Able to lift 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Operate a Hydraulic Mobile Crane safely and efficiently.
• Read lift plans and load charts; utilize a PC as needed.
• Maintain safety compliance and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare proper documentation of actions taken.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

ALL Crane Rental of Alabama, located in Theodore, is seeking a Crane Operator with an active crane certification and CDL. This is a full-time, non-exempt position with comprehensive Benefits package. This position is eligible for a $300 sign-on bonus payable after 100 days of continuous employment.

Essential Functions

• Must be able to safely operate a Hydraulic Mobile Crane
• Must be able to read lift plans, load charts and operate a personal computer
• Maintain conformity to safety requirements and other regulations
• Prepare proper documentation of actions taken
• Other duties assigned

Skills And Experience Requirements

• Must have an active certification from an accredited crane operator testing organization which meets OSHA criteria
• A Class-A CDL is highly desired
• Experience with rigging is preferred
• Experience in crane set-up and tear-down a definite plus
• Strong initiative required; ability to work independently with minimal direct supervision
• Ability to work safely around moving machinery
• Able to work in conditions with marked changes in temperature & humidity
• Able to lift 50lbs.
