Job summary

ALL Carolina Crane & Equipment in Raleigh is seeking certified Crane Operators with a CDL for our rental taxi-fleet. This full-time, non-exempt role offers comprehensive benefits and a $300 sign-on bonus after 100 days of continuous employment.

Qualified candidates will operate complex heavy lift equipment, read lift plans and load charts, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance. Strong initiative and the ability to work independently are essential.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active crane operator certificate meeting OSHA criteria.
• CDL is highly desired.
• Experience in crane set-up and tear-down is a definite plus.
• Strong initiative; ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Ability to work safely around moving machinery and in variable temperatures/humidity.

ALL Carolina Crane & Equipment, located in Raleigh, is seeking certified Crane Operator’s with a CDL for our rental taxi-fleet. Prefer local candidates or those willing to relocate to the area. This is a full-time, non-exempt position with comprehensive benefits package. This position is eligible for a $300 sign-on bonus payable after 100 days of continuous employment.

Essential Functions

• Must be able to safely operate complex heavy lift equipment
• Must be able to read lift plans, load charts and operate a personal computer
• Maintain conformity to safety requirements and other regulations
• Prepare proper documentation of actions taken

Skills and Experience Requirements

• Must have an active certificate from an accredited crane operator testing organization which meets OSHA criteria
• A CDL is highly desired
• Experience in crane set-up and tear-down a definite plus
• Strong initiative required; ability to work independently with minimal direct supervision
• Ability to work safely around moving machinery
• Able to work in conditions with marked changes in temperature & humidity.
