Job summary

ALL Carolina Crane & Equipment, located in Raleigh, is seeking an experienced Tower Crane Technician and Erector. This full-time, non-exempt role offers a comprehensive benefits package and a $300 sign-on bonus after 100 days of continuous employment.

You will assemble/disassemble tower cranes, diagnose issues, read manuals and drawings, and maintain safety standards while documenting actions. Must lift 50lbs and climb as needed.

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Strong electrical background and experience in troubleshooting programmable logic controllers.
• Knowledge of current federal regulations for tower cranes and safety priorities.
• Must be able to climb.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, disassemble, troubleshoot, maintain, and repair tower cranes.
• Diagnose, repair, adjust, overhaul, and modify components as needed.
• Read operating manuals, parts manuals, blueprints and drawings.
• Prepare proper documentation of actions taken.

This position is eligible for a Candidate Sign-On Bonus of $300 payable after 100 days of continuous, successful employment.

Essential Functions

• Reads, understands and interprets operating manuals, parts manuals, blueprints and technical drawings
