Job summary

ALL Crane Rental of Florida, LLC in Tampa, FL seeks a certified Crane Operator with Hydraulic Mobile Crane experience and a Class-A CDL. This is a full-time, non-exempt position with comprehensive benefits and a $300 sign-on bonus after 100 days of continuous employment.

You will operate complex lifting equipment, read lift plans, and ensure safety compliance while documenting actions taken. The role requires strong initiative and the ability to work independently in varying conditions.

Qualifications

• Must hold active Mobile Crane certification.
• Must hold active Crawler Crane certification.
• CDL with acceptable driving record.
• Experience in crane set-up/tear-down is a plus.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Position Summary

ALL Crane Rental of Florida, located in Tampa is seeking a certified Crane Operator with Hydraulic Mobile Crane experience that also has a Class-A CDL. This is a full-time, non-exempt position with comprehensive Benefits. This position is eligible for a Candidate Sign-On Bonus of $300 payable after 100 days of continuous, successful employment.

Essential Functions

• Must be able to safely operate complex heavy lift equipment
• Must be able to read lift plans, load charts and operate a personal computer
• Maintain conformity to safety requirements and other regulations
• Prepare proper documentation of actions taken
• Other duties as assigned

Skills and Experience Requirements

• Must have an active Mobile Crane certification
• Must have an active Crawler Crane certification
• Must have a CDL with an acceptable driving record
• Experience in crane set-up and tear-down a definite plus
• Strong initiative required; ability to work independently with minimal direct supervision
• Ability to work safely around moving machinery
• Able to work in conditions with marked changes in temperature & humidity.
