Job summary

Joyce Steel Erection, Ltd., part of Marmon Holdings, is seeking experienced crane operators to lead crane setup, operation, inspection, and maintenance at job sites. You will direct truck drivers and helpers, mentor junior operators, and ensure safety compliance with OSHA and ANSI standards.

Requirements include a valid Class A CDL, NCCCO Crane Operator Certification, clean driving record, DOT physical, pre-employment drug screen, and a 7-year background check.

Qualifications

• Minimum Class A CDL required.
• Experience operating cranes with rigging and assembly.
• Knowledge of OSHA and ANSI crane standards.

Responsibilities

• Operate crane under supervision and independently as qualified.
• Direct truck drivers and crane helpers during setup and dismantling.
• Inspect equipment daily/monthly and mentor other operators.
