Shirley Contracting Company, LLC is seeking Crane Operators, including Hydraulic and Cable Crane operators, to join our team.

Qualifications

• Valid NCCO Certification as appropriate
• Valid Driver's License
• Clean Driving Record (no major violations, tickets, or accidents in the last 7 years)
• Must pass pre-employment DOT physical and drug screening

Responsibilities

• Operate Hydraulic and/or Cable Cranes
• Maintain logs, safety, inspection, and project reports
• Perform maintenance such as greasing, fluid checks, and cleaning
• Clean equipment daily
• Report deficiencies immediately to the foreman
• Support projects with manual labor tasks as needed
• Adhere to health and safety policies
• Establish positive relationships with customers and co-workers

Additional Details

Job Type: Full-Time, Year-Round

Location: Various Jobsites

Working Hours: Start varies between 6:00 AM and 7:00 AM; overtime, nights, and weekends may be required
