Job summary

CMC is seeking a production worker to operate control stations, feed materials, and ensure quality in our steel reinforcement production lines. You may work with concrete batching, wire reinforcement, and related machinery while following safety and quality standards.

The role requires at least 1 year in the industry, English proficiency, and basic computer skills. On-site work with opportunities for training and advancement are available.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of industry experience required or preferred.
• English proficiency required; Spanish is a plus.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with common software.

Responsibilities

• Operate control station and header cart.
• Maintain cleanliness and ensure the machine is in good working order.
• Verify quality of materials used in production (concrete, wire reinforcement).
• Inspect wire cages and reinforcements for accuracy.
• Supply machine with required components to produce product.
• Meet production schedule commitments.
• Produce consistent, high-quality product.
• Troubleshoot basic issues on production and batching machinery.
