Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
• Proven track record in sales within crane, rigging, heavy haul, or related industries.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills; ability to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Identify and prospect new business opportunities in crane, rigging, heavy haul, and barge transport.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at target accounts.
• Understand client needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
• Collaborate with operations, engineering, and project management to craft proposals.
• Deliver persuasive presentations, proposals, and demonstrations.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients.
• Monitor industry trends to identify growth opportunities and differentiation.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the company.
