Job summary

The role requires following start-up/shutdown procedures, participating in safety programs, and working rotating shifts with potential overtime. A high school diploma or GED is preferred, with ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Operate a forklift and overhead crane as required.
• Fill out equipment inspection reports each shift.
• Communicate production issues, concerns, and needs clearly.
• Maintain daily housekeeping and safe work areas.
• Troubleshoot basic issues using job knowledge and teamwork.
• Understand start up, shutdown, and emergency procedures.
• Participate in CMC Safety Programs and uphold safety culture.
