The role requires strong mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical troubleshooting abilities, field independence, and a commitment to safe, high‑quality service. Frequent travel to project sites and a customer‑service mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in heavy equipment, crane service, or hydraulic systems.
• Strong knowledge of hydraulics, diesel engines, electrical systems, CAN-bus, and load‑moment indicators.
• Ability to read schematics and wiring diagrams; proficient with diagnostic tools.

Responsibilities

• Perform field diagnostics and repairs on hydraulic, mechanical, and electrical crane systems.
• Conduct inspections, document findings, and recommend corrective actions.
• Troubleshoot issues using OEM manuals, schematics, and diagnostic tools.
• Complete preventive maintenance including lubrication and torque checks.
• Respond to emergency service calls and support downtime‑critical repairs.
• Install and calibrate crane safety systems and sensors.
• Perform load testing and assist with crane commissioning.
• Maintain accurate service documentation and communication with site personnel.
