Liebherr-America, Inc. is seeking a Field Service Supervisor in Newport News, Virginia to provide technical support for Liebherr equipment, coordinate with technicians, and manage service dispatch and site activities for crane installations, maintenance and emergency repairs.

This role interacts with customers, sales and service teams, reviews site requirements, guides technicians with job details, and ensures timely updates and issue resolution.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 3 years of heavy equipment/machinery experience.
• At least 2 years’ experience with all-terrain and crawler cranes; ability to read electrical and hydraulic schematics.

Responsabilités

• Schedule and dispatch workers, crews, equipment, or service vehicles per customer requests.
• Provide technicians with job details, scope, duration, tools, parts.
• Provide customers with updates on arrival times, status, and completion.
• Coordinate 3rd party suppliers for service or inspection.
• Manage customer escalations and resolve complaints.
• Read and interpret modification procedures from a technical perspective.
