We’re looking for a positive, hard-working, and motivated addition to our production team. This role is fast-paced, detail-oriented, and comes with a fair amount of routine — all while ensuring you're home every afternoon!

As a Craftsperson, you’ll use a variety of equipment to bend, lean, press, and rough dental instrument points. You’ll play a key role in meeting both our quality standards and inventory goals. Each day, you’ll rotate between different tasks and machines, using your finely honed skills and performing light maintenance as needed. Our team is dedicated and collaborative, always working together to produce the highest-quality products possible.

No previous experience? No problem.

We provide full training for the right candidate. All you need is a passion for learning, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to producing excellent work.

As a full-time permanent employee, you’ll enjoy:

• A 32-hour workweek with 40-hour pay

Our production team works Monday through Thursday, with shift options ranging from 5:00 AM to 1:00 PM and 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
