Requirements:

• Strong work ethic, professional appearance, and demeanor
• Knowledge of trades such as Carpentry, Tiling, Painting, Drywalling, light Plumbing, and Electrical

Specific Qualifications:

• 6+ years in construction, carpentry, or handyman roles
• 4+ years in residential, customer-facing roles
• Prior experience as a Carpenter / Craftsman; estimation skills and home inspection experience are a plus
• Ability to perform minor electrical and plumbing tasks
• Own set of hand and power tools
• Own work truck (trip charges paid to offset gas costs)
