The ideal Craftsman candidate will possess knowledge of all trades, including:

• Plumbing
• Carpentry
• Tile
• Electrical

Preferred Experience:

• Water heater, toilet, sink, etc., installation
• Furniture and product assembly (Commercial and Residential)
• Appliance repair/service
• Drywall repair
• Flooring

Proper Equipment: Not necessarily every tool, but knowing what tools are needed for certain tasks. Functioning and presentable vehicle.

Troubleshooting Skills: Must be a quick thinker, able to examine issues and resolve them promptly and professionally.

Excellent Communication Skills: Must communicate effectively with management, office personnel, employees, homeowners, suppliers, property managers, and customers. Ability to educate customers positively about jobs.

Presentable: Clean-cut appearance, decent-looking vehicle, organized tools.
