Job Requirements

We seek Carpenters with a strong work ethic, professional appearance, and comprehensive knowledge of trades such as Carpentry, Tiling, Painting, Drywalling, as well as light Plumbing and Electrical work. Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential for interacting positively with clients, colleagues, management, and office staff.

Specific qualifications include:

• Successful prior experience as a Carpenter/Craftsman; estimation skills and home inspection experience are strongly preferred
• Ability to perform minor electrical and plumbing tasks
• Own a standard set of tools for all trades mentioned
• Current and valid driver’s license
• Reside within 15 miles of Insert Municipality here
• Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Ability to pass background checks and drug screening
