Description & Desired Attributes :

Our clean, competent, and caring Multi-Skilled Craftsmen make service calls and work independently. They must be quick thinkers with confidence in examining problems and resolving them promptly and professionally. They should be able to estimate project times and material costs accurately. Exceptional communication skills are essential to interact effectively with Management, Office Personnel, Fellow Employees, Homeowners, Suppliers, Property Managers, and Commercial Customers. Our Craftsmen must estimate project timelines, invoice correctly, and collect payments upon completion. They are motivated to meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals, as well as customer expectations.
