Industrial Air Flow Dynamics, Inc. is hiring skilled craftsmen for their Fall outage season, traveling to power plants nationwide.

If you have mechanical aptitude and experience in pipefitting, boiler making, or ironworking, you could join a crew that travels to sites, works at heights, and relies on hands-on problem solving. You will drill, grind, bolt, measure, and support welders while earning competitive pay and per diems.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in industrial construction.
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to read measurements, drawings, and use hand/power tools.
• Knowledge or experience in pipefitting, boiler making, or ironworking.
• Comfortable working around insulation.
• Able to pass a drug test.
• Ready to travel and work.

Responsibilities

• Drilling, grinding, bolting, measuring and supporting welders.
• Installing insulation and handling tough, hands-on tasks at height.
• Work around heavy industrial equipment and confined spaces.

We're hiring Craftsmen with strong mechanical aptitude for our Fall outage season (October–December). Experience in pipefitting, boiler making, or ironworking is highly valued. You'll be working in power plants across the country, keeping critical systems running. We'll fly you out, put you up, cover your wheels, and hand you the tools. You just bring the skill and the work ethic.

What you'll be doing:

Drilling, grinding, bolting, measuring, supporting welders, installing insulation, and tackling the tough, hands‑on work that keeps the lights on. This includes work at heights, in confined spaces, and around heavy industrial equipment.

You won't be sitting behind a desk, you'll be sweating, building, and earning your paycheck like a pro.

Qualifications

What we need from you:

• At least 2 years in industrial construction
• Mechanical aptitude with the ability to read measurements, work from drawings, and operate hand/power tools
• Knowledge or experience in pipefitting, boiler making, or ironworking
• Comfortable working around insulation
• Able to pass a drug test
• Ready to travel, ready to work
