Industrial-Air-Flow-Dynamics,-Inc. is actively seeking craftsmen with strong mechanical aptitude for our Fall outage season across power plants nationwide.

You will travel, work at heights, and perform drilling, grinding, bolting, measuring, and insulation installation to keep critical systems running. Requirements include 2+ years in industrial construction, ability to read drawings and operate hand/power tools, and willingness to travel.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years in industrial construction.
• Mechanical aptitude with the ability to read measurements, work from drawings, and operate hand/power tools.
• Knowledge or experience in pipefitting, boiler making, or ironworking.
• Comfortable working around insulation.
• Able to pass a drug test.
• Ready to travel, ready to work.

Responsibilities

• Drilling, grinding, bolting, measuring, supporting welders, installing insulation, and tackling the tough, hands‑on work that keeps the lights on.
• This includes work at heights, in confined spaces, and around heavy industrial equipment.
• You won't be sitting behind a desk; you'll be sweating, building, and earning your paycheck like a pro.

We're hiring Craftsmen with strong mechanical aptitude for our Fall outage season (October–December). Experience in pipefitting, boiler making, or ironworking is highly valued. You'll be working in power plants across the country, keeping critical systems running. We'll fly you out, put you up, cover your wheels, and hand you the tools. You just bring the skill and the work ethic.

What you'll be doing:
