Painters USA, Inc. is seeking a skilled Craftsman to join our industrial painting team in Arlington, TX. This full-time, non-exempt position offers hourly pay with overtime potential and opportunities for career growth within a safety-focused and supportive crew.

Responsibilities include executing high-quality commercial/industrial painting, following safety procedures, and contributing to a collaborative work environment. A valid driver’s license and drug/alcohol screening are required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of commercial or industrial painting/coatings experience.
• Strong safety awareness and knowledge.
• Experience using trade tools, materials, and equipment.
• Valid driver's license with clean MVR.
• Drug and alcohol screening completed successfully.

• Deliver consistent, high-quality craftsmanship while meeting production expectations.
• Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE.
• Recognize and report hazards; help maintain a safe job site.

• Participate in ongoing training and career development.
• Work with minimal on-site supervision while supporting a highly engaged crew.

Job Type: Full-Time, Hourly, Non-Exempt Compensation: $21.25 – $23.75 per hour + overtime potential

Basic Qualifications

• 2+ year commercial or industrial painting/coatings experience
• Strong safety awareness and knowledge
• Experience using trade tools, materials, and equipment
• Valid driver's license + clean MVR
• Successful completion of drug and alcohol screening

Preferred Skills

• Quick learner with strong production awareness
• Able to excel in a fast-paced, active environment
• OSHA-10 knowledge (certification a plus)

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift 15–50 lbs
• Frequent bending, kneeling, ladder work
• Use of power tools and equipment as required

Working Conditions

• This position requires working indoors and outdoors at various job sites. Employees may be exposed to heat, cold, dust, humidity, and other environmental conditions. Candidates must be comfortable performing physical tasks safely in changing environmental conditions.
