Painters USA, Inc is seeking a Painter Craftsman – Skilled Trades Professional in Illinois. You will perform skilled commercial/industrial painting and coatings, delivering high-quality workmanship while adhering to safety and production targets.

This full-time, hourly role offers steady hours, overtime potential, and a benefits package after 60 days, including health, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k) with company match, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• 2+ years commercial/industrial painting/coatings experience.
• Strong safety awareness and knowledge.
• Experience using trade tools, materials, and equipment.
• Valid driver's license + clean MVR.
• Reliable transportation (job sites may vary).
• Successful completion of drug and alcohol screening.

Responsibilities

Location: Illinois Job Type: Full-Time, Hourly, Non-Exempt Compensation: $21.25 – $23.75 per hour + overtime potential

Basic Qualifications

Preferred Skills

• Quick learner with strong production awareness
• Able to excel in a fast-paced, active environment
• OSHA-10 knowledge (certification a plus)

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift 15–50 lbs
• Frequent bending, kneeling, ladder work
• Use of power tools and equipment as required

Working Conditions

• This position requires working indoors and outdoors at various job sites. Employees may be exposed to heat, cold, dust, humidity, and other environmental conditions. Candidates must be comfortable performing physical tasks safely in changing environmental conditions.
