You will interact with foremen and skilled trades, learning on-the-job and contributing to timely, high-quality outcomes while wearing required personal protective equipment.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication is required.
• Basic math and measurement skills are needed.
• Willingness to follow directions from skilled workers and foreman.

Responsibilities

• Assist skilled craft workers with assigned duties.
• Support other crafts as training permits.
• Follow safety practices and ask questions when unclear.
• Learn to operate tools and equipment used on site.
• Help maintain clean and safe work areas.
• Support material handling and jobsite organization.
• Assist with quality and productivity through basic tasks.
