Job summary

Sundt Enterprise is seeking a construction support worker to assist skilled craft workers on industrial and commercial projects. You will follow directions from a foreman, adapt to different crafts, and contribute to safe, efficient operations on site.

You should demonstrate good math skills, attention to safety hazards, and the ability to use or operate tools and equipment as directed. The role requires teamwork, a proactive attitude, and commitment to producing high‑quality work in varying

Qualifications

NCCER Core Curriculum and/or a High School diploma or equivalent is preferred.
1 year experience (level I), two years' experience (level II) and three plus years' experience in the industrial/construction industry is preferred.
Possess effective verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

Perform basic math: add, subtract, multiply and divide.
Eliminate waste such as waiting, rework, transporting, material storage and time.
If unsure about any aspect of the work or issues regarding safe practices ask a supervisor before continuing.
Learn safety hazards related to the work.
Learn to safely and effectively use or operate work related tools and equipment.
Look for opportunities for improvement in all tasks and be willing to learn from others.
Maintain positive working relationships with all crew members.
Produce high quality work, safely and productively at all times.
Provide feedback to ensure materials, tools, equipment and information are available for the work.
