BLUvera, a Mortenson affiliate, is seeking a Craft Resource Manager to lead the craft employee lifecycle, including recruiting, onboarding, training, and engagement. The role partners with operations and field leadership to ensure the right people and skills for production growth.

The position requires weekly travel (75%+), with a travel bonus. Base pay ranges from $81,200 to $121,800, plus eligibility for Mortenson incentive programs and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Assc degree preferred with administrative exp.
• Minimum seven years in an admin support role.
• Minimum five years in construction or related industry.
• Strong leadership with craft teams and safety awareness.

Responsibilities

• Manage craft hiring and onboarding processes.
• Maintain applicants in the recruitment system.
• Coordinate training classes and materials.
• Handle transfers and terminations in Oracle Cloud.
• Support safety and quality program communications.
