Job summary

The Walsh Group is seeking a Divisional Craft Trainer - Concrete to support the Director of Craft Training with internal programs and external partnerships with Registered Apprentice Programs. The role includes travel as needed and focuses on developing apprentices, helpers, and craft professionals across the Water Division.

Qualifications

• Journeyman level competency in one or more trades (Carpentry, Concrete, Civil, Pipe, Structural Steel, Survey, Equipment Operation, or Mechanical/Millwright).
• Minimum 3 years mentoring apprentices or helpers as a Journeyman/Foreman/Superintendent.
• NCCER Craft Instructor certification or ability to obtain.
• Regular travel required 50-75% to jobsites and regional offices.

Responsibilities

• Primary contact for Training Director for Water Division on all craft training initiatives.
• Coordinate internal craft training programs and external Registered Apprentice Programs.
• Deliver classroom and hands-on training via live in-person, live online, and recorded sessions.
