Job summary

The University of Wisconsin–Milwaukee, housed in the Helen Bader School of Social Welfare, seeks a CRAFT Training Manager to lead training and professional development for Congregate Care staff and foster caregivers across Wisconsin. This role emphasizes leadership, curriculum planning, and statewide partnerships.

You will oversee the annual professional development calendar, coordinate trainers, manage communications, and guide program evaluation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university in adult education, child development, family systems, child/family policy, social work or other field directly related to the responsibilities of the position.
• Professional experience with adult education, curriculum development, learning evaluation and/or other aspects of professional development.

Responsibilities

• Plan and oversee professional development offerings statewide for training staff and foster caregivers.
• Develop and oversee partnerships with funders, agencies, and interstate collaborators.
• Supervise staff and coaching within the CRAFT program.
• Participate in WCWPDS-UWM management team and cross-program initiatives.
