Job summary

Bechtel is seeking a recruiter coordinator in Brownsville, TX to manage crafting recruit activities for journeymen, operators, and foremen on a 3-6 month assignment. You will publish ads, network with industry groups, and coordinate wage information with LR and HRIS teams.

The role requires a bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) and 5-12 years of related experience. Strong communication, bilingual ability, and MS Office proficiency are preferred for success on this project.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills across stakeholders.
• Bi-lingual English/Spanish is preferred for communication.
• Understanding of craft terminology and related roles.
• Experience recruiting in industrial craft or as a supervisor.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements for sourcing employees.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate recruiting, screening, and in-processing for craft positions.
• Publish recruitment advertisements and coordinate with Communications team.
• Network with employment organizations to promote craft employment.
• Prepare wage bulletins and coordinate remuneration activities.
• Maintain data in WFS HRIS systems with Timekeeping/Payroll teams.
