Primoris Energy Services is seeking a Craft Recruiter to source, screen, and hire skilled craft workers for energy infrastructure projects on-site in Hubbard, TX. You will manage the full recruiting lifecycle, build candidate relationships, and collaborate with project managers to align staffing with project timelines.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of high-volume craft recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting for energy, construction, or industrial sectors.
