Job summary

Anthony’s Coal Fired Pizza in Orlando, FL is hiring Pizza Makers to hand-craft pizzas to perfection, following our recipes with precision and maintaining quality on every order.

You’ll work in a high-energy kitchen with coal-fired ovens, stand for long shifts, and help present pizzas to spec. Prior BOH experience is a plus; we offer hands-on training, potential career growth, and health benefits for full-time team members.

Qualifications

• Experience in fast-paced kitchens is preferred.
• Back-of-house roles such as pizza maker or line cook are a plus.
• Able to follow recipes and procedures with precision.

Responsibilities

• Follow pizza recipes and preparation procedures with precision.
• Maintain sanitation and cleanliness throughout the shift.
• Stock and maintain pizza station for every shift.
• Hand-craft pizzas from dough to final toppings and present to spec.
• Work in a high-energy kitchen near high heat.
