Job summary

You’ll guide participants, run face painting activities, and upsell add-ons while keeping guests happy and safe.

Strong interpersonal skills and experience with children are essential. You’ll also handle guest communications, store-wide tasks, and follow SOPs to uphold brand standards.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate multiple events at once including children’s birthday parties and other craft classes or events.
• Engage with clients of all ages by creating a fun and creative environment.
• Demonstrate and instruct party participants in crafts; perform face painting and related activities.
• Facilitate party add-ons such as goody bags and balloons following company standards.
• Communicate events with clients and store team members; assist with admin tasks as needed.
• Adjust plans based on client feedback; create backup or emergency plans as needed.
• Ensure client satisfaction for scheduled events; uphold store cleanliness and safety standards.
• Set up, break down, and clean before and after each event.
