The Brass Tap - RB is seeking kitchen team members in Texas to prep, cook, and plate menu items while maintaining quality and speed. You will follow recipes, assist with sanitation, and support a positive team environment in a fast-paced setting.

Ideal candidates are 18+ with weekend/holiday availability, able to read English, operate grill/fryers/oven, and stand for long periods while lifting up to 60 pounds.

Qualifications

• Reads tickets, recipes and prep sheets in English.
• Operates kitchen equipment safely (grill, fryer, oven).
• Works well in a team and maintains pace in a busy kitchen.
• Stand for long periods; lift and carry up to 60 pounds as needed.

Responsibilities

• Follow food safety guidelines for cooking, cooling and storage.
• Follow safety and sanitation procedures.
• Follow recipe procedures to prepare menu items.
• Keep kitchen equipment clean and organized.
• Complete duties without constant supervision.
