• Strong knife skills and solid understanding of cooking techniques.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to take direction without attitude.
• Comfortable working on your feet for extended periods and lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays required.
• Food Handler Certification required (or willingness to obtain upon hire).

Responsibilities

• Prepare and execute menu items consistently and to standard.
• Set up, stock, and maintain your station before, during, and after each shift.
• Follow all recipes, portion sizes, and plating standards.
• Monitor food quality, freshness, and temperature.
• Communicate ticket times and station needs clearly.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health code requirements.
• Assist with receiving and storing food inventory.
