Responsibilities

• Prep ingredients daily (chopping, portioning, sauces, etc.)
• Cook and plate dishes consistently to spec during service
• Work a station (pasta, sauté, grill, etc.) and keep tickets moving
• Maintain a clean, organized, and stocked station at all times
• Follow food safety and sanitation standards
• Communicate clearly with kitchen team during service
• Help with opening/closing tasks and light cleaning

Skills

Basic knife skills and kitchen awareness

Ability to handle a fast-paced, high-volume service

Attention to detail with plating and portions
