Qualifications

• Must maintain regular attendance and punctuality.
• Able to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Follow store policies and standards: quality beverages/food, cash handling, safety.
• Six months of customer-facing experience.
• Prepare drinks/food to standard recipes or customize as requested.
• Six months of experience delegating tasks to two or more staff.
• Direct and develop a team; learn quickly; work in a retail environment.
