Qualifications

• Six months of experience in a role requiring constant customer interaction
• Six months of experience delegating tasks to two or more employees
• Available for flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays
• Meet store policies including quality beverages/food, cash handling and safety
• Prepare and coach preparation of food and beverages to standard recipes or customized for customers

Responsibilities

• Direct and coach a team to ensure smooth store operations
• Maintain quality beverages and food products to standard recipes
• Handle cash and ensure store safety and security
• Provide a warm, welcoming experience to customers and guests
