Job summary

Starbucks Corp. seeks a shift supervisor to lead a coffeehouse with craft and heart, creating a welcoming space for the community.

You will supervise and coach to ensure quality beverages and foods, train teammates, manage shifts, and uphold store safety and cash-handling standards. The role offers flexible hours, growth opportunities, and comprehensive benefits as part of the Starbucks partner program.

Qualifications

• Six (6) months of experience in a position that required constant interacting with and fulfilling the requests of customers
• At least six (6) months of experience delegating tasks to other employees and coordinating the tasks of two or more employees
• Prepare and coach the preparation of food and beverages to standard recipes or customized for customers, including recipe changes such as temperature, quantity of ingredients or substituted ingredients
• Ability to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays
• Maintain regular attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodation
• Meet store operating policies and standards, including providing quality beverages and food products, cash handling and store safety and security

Responsibilities
