Qualifications

• Regular attendance and punctuality
• Flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays
• Provide quality beverages and food per recipes and standards
• Six months customer-facing experience
• Six months of delegating tasks to 2+ employees

Responsibilities

• Lead shift with craft and heart to create a welcoming space
• Coach and develop team members to meet store standards
• Ensure quality beverages/food and accurate cash handling
• Uphold safety and security policies and store procedures
