You will be responsible for coaching staff, managing shift operations, and ensuring safety and policy compliance while delivering a warm customer experience during all hours. This role emphasizes teamwork and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Six months of experience in a customer-facing role.
• Six months of experience delegating tasks to others.
• Ability to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights or holidays.
• Knowledge of the retail environment.
• Effective oral communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and coach the preparation of beverages and food to standard recipes or customized for customers.
• Direct the work of others and coordinate tasks during shifts.
• Lead a Starbucks store shift, ensuring quality beverages and food, safety, and customer satisfaction.
• Adhere to store policies, cash handling, and security procedures.
