Job summary

Qualifications

• Previous Starbucks/food service experience preferred, but not required.
• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward all guests and other team members.
• Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners, and other technology equipment as directed.
• Work both independently and with a team.
• Resolve guest questions quickly.
• Attention to detail and follow a multi-step processes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional guest experience by providing a fresh and abundant shopping experience during all hours of operations.
• Uphold and maintain the execution of the Food & Beverage Standards.
• Execute food and beverage processes including deliveries, replenishment, in-stocks routines, data accuracy, culling and rotation.
• Maintain an inviting dining area for guests throughout shift.
• Engage with guests to meet and exceed expectations based on Starbucks standards.
• Produce hand crafted beverages and food to specifications on recipe cards.
• Follow safety policies and training; report hazards and correct where possible.
