Job summary

Target is hiring a Starbucks Barista to deliver a friendly and efficient guest experience in a fast-paced store environment. You will handle food and beverage preparation, maintain safety standards, and assist with drive-up and in-store service to ensure guest satisfaction.

Previous experience in Starbucks/food service is preferred, with a welcoming attitude toward guests and team members. Flexibility for varying shifts is expected.

Qualifications

• Previous Starbucks/food service experience preferred, but not required.
• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward all guests and other team members.
• Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners, and other technology equipment as directed.
• Work both independently and with a team.
• Resolve guest questions quickly.
• Attention to detail and follow a multi-step processes.
• Capability to remain focused and composed in a fast-paced environment and accomplish multiple tasks within established timeframes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional guest experience by providing a fresh and abundant shopping experience during all hours of operations.
• Uphold and maintain the execution of the Food & Beverage Standards.
• Execute food and beverage processes including deliveries, replenishment, in-stocks routines, culling, rotation, cleaning, signing, and organizing.
• Always be aware of current promotions within Starbucks and Target.
• Support the Drive Up process to ensure digital guest orders are fulfilled accurately and on time.
• Engage with guests to meet and exceed their expectations.
