Qualifications

• Previous Starbucks/food service experience preferred, but not required.
• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward all guests and other team members.
• Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners, and other technology equipment as directed.
• Work both independently and with a team.
• Resolve guest questions quickly on the spot.

Responsibilities

• Create an Easy, Inspiring and Friendly guest experience by delivering on the following commitments: greet guests, smile, make eye contact, assist, and end with thanks.
• Support drive-up and in-store checkout processes while maintaining food safety and quality standards.
• Prepare handcrafted beverages and food to recipe specifications and keep the area clean and well-organized.
