Job summary

Target is hiring a Starbucks Barista in Akron, OH. You will craft beverages and foods to spec, deliver a friendly guest experience, and keep shelves and products fresh and accurately signed. We offer training to learn all you need, with a flexible schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays. Prior Starbucks or food service experience is a plus but not required.

Qualifications

• Experience in food service or retail is helpful.
• Strong guest service and communication skills.
• Ability to operate scanners and basic tech.
• Team player with flexibility and problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional guest experience across all store hours.
• Maintain food safety, freshness, and accurate signing per standards.
• Assist with Drive Up and order pickup processes as needed.
• Prepare and present beverages and foods according to recipes.
